Into the Wilderness of Lament: A Visio Divina Experience Marking the Beginning of Holy Week.

Holy Week invites us to walk with Jesus on the way to the cross — a walk of sorry, a walk of struggle, a walk of lament. Using images from “Il Compianto”, a 13th century terracotta sculpture by Nicolo dell’Arca, we will see what might have to say about lamenting in our lives and our world.
